@Omaha531 Dang. RSN are tough. Altitude is still gone from Comcast & Dish here. Directv figured out a deal with them but their service is $$. I dropped Comcast after 3 months of the dispute. Still can’t watch Avs or Nuggets. No Rockies either - different RSN but not on YouTubeTV.

@DuhChuskies @RycroftMark @jbing03 I think the gift card offered by DIRECTV would pay your cancellation fee. Also, if you retain your WIFI service, Comcast has been waiving the cancellation fee. WiFi is dramatically more profitable for them.

So, if you have @dish_answers or @comcastcares and are frustrated, visit the Pepsi Center this Sunday through Thursday from 9:30-6pm and @DIRECTV will help your switch. As a bonus - you’ll get a $150 Visa gift card, two tickets to a Nuggets or Avs game, and $25 in merchandise.

@IamJoeOKay @AltitudeTV @katywinge Antitrust...check lawsuit against Comcast. A Denver cable monopoly that treats this RSN differently than any of the 7 RSN’s they own & operate. You want talk antitrust, bring it on. Straight up restraint of trade. Altitude not the first network they’ve blocked nor the last. Fact!

@VegasDegen1985 @AltitudeTV @DIRECTV Sorry for making an offer. I like Comcast method. Say nothing. Keep charging customers for a dropped network. That’s a better plan...or is it. You don’t have to like DIRECTV or Altitude. Certainly your choice.

@jjbruxvoort @dbronx42 @VicLombardi @DIRECTV How does influence today. Your argument works if no one carries the team. DIRECTV does carry them. Comcast doesn’t care about the network. Comcast doesn’t value their fan base. Not about leverage, it’s about a cable monopoly in Denver.

@grantmudd22 @aaron_layton @VicLombardi @DIRECTV I’ve been a long time DIRECTV customer because they don’t compress their high definition signal. I like their 4K offering too. I’m happy with the service and haven’t missed a game or been inconvenienced by the impasse with DISH or Comcast. Don’t know why I should get tix.

@Ben_40DU @RadioMoser @Avalanche @DIRECTV It’s actually trying to get fans the chance to see the games and recognizing that it’s not easy to switch. Teams are trying to take care of their fans when Comcast & Dish won’t pick up the network.

Hi @comcastcares I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years. I recently moved back home to Denver and found out I cannot watch the @Avalanche or @nuggets because you refuse to carry altitude. I would like a discount on my bill since you don’t carry the channels I was promised.

@comcastcares im trying to transfer service, website is requiring me to have a technician come and install something April 3rd for $0.00 when 1) I have my own router/modem and 2) non essential in person visits are banned

Having a most difficult time with @Xfinity, even after writing to VP of customer service for assistance nobody can resolve my issue with service interruption after installing a new modem. Profile keeps showing two modems when I only own one, anyone have success resolving similar
